Private Pilot Licence
A PPL qualifies a pilot to fly without remuneration.
This is the foundation for all your future flying. Once you obtain your Private Pilot Licence (PPL), you are permitted to carry passengers during daylight hours. The licence permits you to fly for recreation or business purposes without remuneration. You are required to complete 8 theoretical examinations and 50 flying hours, before graduating.
A Private Pilot Licence takes approximately 5-6 months to complete. This may, however, vary for each individual student.
